Chien Lung 58th Year 2nd Month

Shan Chiu County, Hsieh Soon Hsin (The smith)

Notes:

The numbers of the year and month, i.e., 58 and 2, were inscribed by engraving onto an existing stamp. It is believed that this piece should have been submitted to the provincial government with the numbers left in blank by the government of Shan Chiu County. It was the provincial government who added the numbers of year and month by engraving when electing this piece as a submittal silver to the imperial government.
