Investigation of the Title Deed Records of the Hui Zhou Area during the Qing (Ching, 1644-1911) Dynasty

This is an article written by the webmaster in 1998 which was selected in 2002 by the Chinese Numismatic Association- Beijing (中國錢幣學會 ), an affiliate of the People's Bank of China, as one of fifty essays which document achievements in Chinese numismatics during the past five years. It was published in "A Collection of Chinese Numismatic Theses; the 4th Series" (中國錢幣論文集．第四輯) . The association plans to issue one series every 5 years.

This is the 2nd time the webmaster received such an honor. The 1st article chosen, "A Review of 'Kunming Jian Xiao Bang' through Newly Found Tong Bao Document" (從新近發現之通寶字號文件論昆明兼銷幫), was written in 1995 and published by the Association in its 3rd Series (中國錢幣論文集．第三輯) in May, 1998. The article has also been adapted by the webmaster as the 9th chapter of his book "A Legendary Currency in the Late Ching Dynasty: A Study of Yunnan Saddle Sycee" (晚清傳奇貨幣-雲南牌坊錠考), published in 1996.
